Not giving posting and copensation

Hello sir…..

I m Abhishek X-student of HCL Career Development Center. My serial no. is 9316 and student code is 800235511. I have completed my HCE (HCL Certified Engineer). On second march with 76% marks. They send me for a job opportunity in Kanpur at Aspire IT Solution (117/L/452 Navin Nagar, Kanpur-208007, Web site- www.aspireitsolution.com, E-Mail- info@aspireitsolution.com), there company gave me offer latter on 4-1 me to do their training for the post of technical executive with gross compensation rate r as 86400 per annum, and I submitted Rs. 4320 as a security money (60% of salary). There I have successfully completed the training with roll no.ASP-341c then company gave joining letter from 3-3.

Now the problem is that company didn’t cal again to join the job, on asking every time company said that you will b appointed next month, company gave such types of dates 4-5 times and company still not paying any as compensation, not confirming the date for joining. I have wasted my 2 months in in hope of job and salary, not applying anywhere for job.

When I told this condition to my institute (HCLCDC, Lucknow) then they told me we can’t do anything n said forget the job, they will said to company to refund your security money (20% less than submitted total security money), and provide you new job opportunity. While I was waist my two months n my money in living there and travelling and there is no one to listen and give a right answer in both company in Aspire IT Solution and in HCLCDC LKO.

There are lump sum 30 candidates who are surviving from this condition.

So please help us. Hope a reply from your side.
