Taken money, no salary

Agogue Consultancy :- they took fee 60000/- for Java course fee and promise us to give placement or give job in their company ATPL, Pune.

but after completing my training, they have given me job in their company but no salary from last 9 months, if i ask for salary they said leave the job.

As i am fresher i need work exp so i am there. Please help me out what should i do now? they torture me.
