Salary of july'10 not giving

My self Deepak Shyamlal Thakor. I was working as marketing executive in Au financer india private limited company.

My complaint is my salary of july'10 is not given till date when i ask for salary to my reporting manager mr. Paresh Kotak (Branch manager of surat) he say's that her my boss (mr. jignesh rana gujarat state sales manages) say not to give you the salary check and when i call to paresh kotak he say don't call me.

Pls help me to get my salary of july'10.
