Job Offer Letter & demanding Bank Draft

I am Complainning About A.E.W. ENTERPRISES (a unit of Bharatiya Laghu Udyog & Agriculture Farming Society, Regd.) they send me job offer letter and demanding bank draft of 3300/- Rs. Before taking any inerview how they demanding draft. And company dosent provide any web address, email address, contact no. So how can we find out company details. Comapany only gives address. The address of the company is :-

MEHU WALA MAFI,

SHIMLA BYPASS ROAD,

DEHRADUN-248001 (UTTRANCHAL).

They mentioned in the offer letter that the last date of sending DD is 12th Feb & if we send the DD after last date, we have to pay 850/- Rs. late fee within 10 days.

Please send me some information about this company and what i do now on my email id as soon as possible.
