My PF form still not submitted to PF Office

Dear Sir,

I have worked with A.W.Faber-Castell (I) Pvt. Ltd., Daman as a Sr. Store Officer. I have relieved from company on 19th August and submitted my PF form to company for authorised signatory on 12th November.

After continuos follo-up my PF form is still not submitted to P.F. Office

Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest
