Post dated cheque bounced

Dear sir/mam,

I and my friend had taken form filling work from axis bpo, 4th floor, ymca building, lucknow in september/ october.we have given 2*3500=7000 Rs. for this work.the duration for this work was 6 months.they had provided us work for 1 month and after that they said that no work is available.so they said that we can request for refund and have to visit the office.so we visited their office on 14th February. Md of that company has given us (me and my friend) two post dated cheques i.e 3/4 and 4/4.when i deposited that cheque in april to en cash it, bank returned the cheque stating that their account has insufficient balance. After that i had called them many times and mailed them atleast 6 times, but they did not replied.everytime i called in their office, they said thai Rizwan sir is out of city, yet not come, etc.everytime they had given lame excuses.

So, i request you to take some hard action against them and hope that they will refund our money and will not cheat anyone anymore.
