Hair loss

Hi,

we have purchased nuzen gold herbal hair oil, while applying this oil itself the hair loss is heavy and after applying as we comb there is too much of hair fall . so, we stopped using it. The hair loss is not been under control till now . so, do reply for our complaint as we have purchased in September... we expect your response to this as soon as possible.
