guide us

we 120 employess workingfor ttml as the back office customer support but not in ttml payroll, we have been working from oct'2006 and our organisation name was AYYAPPA TRADING.the problem is last year ttml broke the contract and they have put us in a new company. now the problem is when we are going to the PF amount AYYAPA TRADING unneccesarily delaying that process and we come to know that AYYAPA TRADING has not paID the amount in EPF.BUT we have PF numbers which is given by AYYAPA TRADING.SO WHAT TO DO NOW give us guidelines
