PF, Salary, Professional Tax

Sir,

I was worknig with Azure Knowledge Corporation since 16 oct to 15 sep 2010. Till this period there was PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax dedduction for only 9 months and that too under different name of the same organization.

As I have left the company on 15 sep 2010 after the notice period of 15 days. The company has still not cleared my dues and I have got my experience letter after crossing many hurdles after 6 months.

The company people says that I was not in to the slab where these deduction are compulsory.

They are not clearing my 25 days salary incentive PF
