Company has not settled my dues pertaining to travel expenses incurred for the company related business tours

I worked for a company - M/s. Balan Natural Food Pvt., Ltd for a period of 10 months.

i resigned the job on the 10th of Jun'10. till date the company has not reimbursed my travel expenses claims to a tune of 1.7 lakhs.

they had given me in writing that the amount will be settled in 3 instalments on or before the 26th of Jul'10. however, the company has cheated me of this amount.

what is the method by which the amount can be realised.

This company has cheated many of its employees by not paying salary and expenses.

Please advise.
