PF not receive

I'm Vishnu Supadu Patil, was an employee of Adecco Flexione, working for Bayer Cropscience as a MFD. I resigned the company during Jan- 2010 and submitted my PF withdrawal application to Adecco Pune office who sits in Pune early during Aug and also got a confirmation from the Adecco Pune office saying that the same hase been forwarded. I have been waiting for my PF since last three months and thought checking the application status on Jan calling Shilpa but she was not picking up my calls. Today, 2 March I called Adecco office Pune and they say that the PF application is still lying in Adecco office which is yet to submitted to PF Department in a week or so. I just dont understand since last four months what are they waiting for? Its really "STARNGE".

I'm completely no clue on what to do on this, Can some one advice.
