Get money with wrong promse

Sir this is vinod mishra .as i complain against through the company name BCStech

who got from us 20000rupee at this promise after getting three month training in this company it will provide job at the minimum salery of 8000pm after three month company placed is in kolkata itself branch but there was nothing to do.after three month in kolkata company said that it want to be settlement.and it was that we have to resign the company and company will give me check (post date check) of 20, 000 rupee back of date of 15th October but that day there was no money in that account.
