I purchase Offline Data Entry job from Bhumi Data Solution - Panvel (Khanda) colony, owner Mr. Yogesh Yadav, who I made my agreement in May which worth (Upfront Refundable Payment = 12, 500/- Rs.) I started my work, received payments for June but there after I submit my work for next three months but doesn't received any of the payment, when I asked him about payment, he told me aompany is stable, u will receive your payment, just keep doing the work. But when I reached in Panvel office, he told me that My. Rahul Vaidya was ran away to Bangalore, I haven't any payment in my hand. Then after 15 days police found rahul vaidya, but now I contact him because his Mobile was no disconnected 9930879233.

I lost around 27, 000/- Rs. in this business, what should I do next. Please suggest me. Can I file a FIR against him? 9970397677
