Dear Sir / Mam

I have resigned from Birla sun life insurance co branch ghaziabad in

the month of september. My FFS was done in the month of January

2011 but till the date i have not received my pf. I have already

submitted my form in the month of dec. Almost 9 to 10 times i have

cotacted to HR helpdesk but i have not get any satisfactory updation

from there side. Kindly help me in this matter. My Pf account no.-MH / 211039 / 33323.And my Birla sun

life emp id was 33323.
