Fraud or not

A job offer was made by Bojex Corporation, UK for their project in USA. The company sent me an offer letter stating that my resume which is registered with Timesjobs.com was viewed and shortlisted for job as Administration Asst. in Irving, USA. Bojex sent me the Employment Agreement and Nonimmigrant Visa Application Form which was filled and sent to them. They asked me to apply for Active Security Clearance Application Form to Department of Homeland Security (U S Citizenship and Immigration Services). As told I applied for the Form and in due course the form was sent via mail and with a U S Department Homeland Security Logo. This department asked me to submit the Form, Employment Agreement, photocopy of my Passport, Passport size photograph to them. Their mail mentions that an Application fee of $620/- to be sent to their Liaison Account holder in India i.e.P.P. Enterprises, Account No. 19042020000213, Branch: Kanpur, PAN No. BLUPP916L, IFSC: HDFC0001904. and later the payment slip sent to them for further processing of my documents.

I was bit alert about this and immediately wrote to u for assistance.

Pls advise whether this company is genuine or fraud.
