Non Payment of PF, GRATUITY, PENSION

My service details are as follows :

Name: Bijay Kumar Mishra

Department: Electrical Engg. (Construction Division)

Last Post Held: Divisional Engineer (Electrical)

Last Pay Drawn: Basic pay Rs. 2060/- (Scale of pay:1500-2340/-)

Date of joining : 19.3.1971

Date of leaving : 28.5.1985

Staff. No. : 092263

I have not received my PF, GRATUITY, PENSION after I resigned from service. Wrote to MD, Ex. D (P&A) but no response since last Feb. 2010.

How I can get my PF & Gratuity. Secondly, since regular deductions were made from salary against pension schemes whether O am eligible for pension.
