BTPL is not a reliable consultancy to work

Hello Everybody,

I'm an ex-employee of Bonsai technologies Pvt Ltd. Although its name seems as if its a software company but its just like any ordinary consultancy next door, who charges 4-6 months of salary from candidates as consulting fee even if the candidate got his/ her job on the basis of his/her merit through this consultancy.

BTPL always pretend that they believe in company billing rather than candidate billing but its totally opposite.

Beware, those who wants to be a part of Bonsai technologies Pvt Ltd.

Ashok Parida - The director of Bonsai, He's a bloody pervert. Always call their female employees to chat with them for hours in a closed room (so called meeting room).

At the time of joining Bonsai, they will promise that your salary will be increase after 3 months which never happens.

They will show you how to mint money through their incentive structures which later doesn't have any value.

Salary will be paid on 10th of the month through cheque which will take another 2-3 days to get cleared. that means you will get you salary on 13th or 14th of every month.
