Respected Sir,

I, Mr Mahendra Shivdas Chaudhari, Son of Late Shivdas u Chaudhari want to know abt the pension plan. My father was working with Borax Morarji Ltd. Ambernath. Dist. Thane for last 35 years. He retired last year in 30th June at the age of 60. He used to pension from Bank of India Rs. 1500/- p.m. Last Month on 17th May my father expired. My Father told us that my mother will get half the pension whenever he is not there and also 50% -70% money back from the pension house which the company has deducted (i.e Company has deducted 1 lacs Rs.) Now the company is telling us that the rules of pension has been changed, You will not get 50% - 70% money back, first it used to get back 50% - 70% money, You will only get half the pension what my father used to get.
