Onsite Deputation Bond

Hello Sir,

I had been to Germany for work in one of Bosch offices in Germany, The company saved around 200, 000 euros by sending me to Germany. On the last day of working in India they asked me to sign a bond which mentions me to stay with the company for 36 months from the date of return else i pay 15 lakhs. Now i have a valid personal reason to leave the company, but the company is not ready to relieve me and provide my certificates. I dont know what else to do rather than committing suicide. This is all what i can do now. Can someone help me on this?
