Non- Settlement of Full & Final

I was working in an International BPO, in kolkata, Salt Lake for 7 months. Due to some personal problems I had to resign from the company, where I have served 1 month notice period. After I left the company and its time for my full & final settlement they denied to give me the same. The issue which they put was that I have shared my experience with that company in a social networking site, which they didn't like.

I would like to seek your help in this regard as how to recover my final settlement money.
