Request for enquiry of debit transaction on 17-02

I am write a letter to bank on 05-04-10 but there is no reply. finally we have forword the letter to you sir,

I am having S.B. Account in your Bank and also having debit card for this account.

I have taken statement of account from the ATM at the time cash withdrawal from my account through ATM on 31-03, after withdrawal. I have observed that one of the cash withdrawal transaction of Rs.10, 000/- on 17-02. I have not noted this transaction. Hence I request you kindly arrange to give the full particulars of the above mentioned transaction.
