This is a small recruitment agency also known as BMC, BMC IPL, BMC I Pvt Ltd and so on, with over 50 employees. Branches are in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad, with 10 to 15 resources in each branch. The main branch is in Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bangalore. It is run by a single person and his wife.

Do not join this company and spoil your career. They wont give any offer letter or appointment letter hardcopy printed on a letter head. Initially they will tell that they will give after completing the service for 6 months. After 6 months, they will start telling that the employee performance is very poor and they will further delay issuing the offer letter. Even after 1 year service, they wont give you the confirmation letter or appointment letter, no proof that you are working with them.

Salary will be offered as 6000 to 7500 Rs per month, at the time of joining (for a candidate with 1-2 years of IT experience). It will be a verbal confirmation or via email. There will no written statement with authorised signatory for the offer confirmation.

At the time of your first month salary, you will realize that you are paid only 5, 700 maximum (no clear salary breakup provided. 150 Rs will be cut every month as employee benifit 900 for PF and so on). Which is much lesser than what they had promised at the time of joining and much much lesser than tghe market standards. No PF account number will be stated because they have not opened the PF it at all. If you question them about this, they will talk about your performance.

No payslip will be provided at all. The management is also very bad.

If you leave that company after a certain period of your tenure, either they will provide the experience letter stating that the "employee has been terminated from the services", or "Unsatisfactory or average Performance", or they wont give the experience letter at all.

If you try to give reference of that company to show your experience in your next organization for background verification, they will give bad feedback about you and try to fail your background verification.

So do not think about making a career with this organization.
