Salary not paid for the month before leaving the company

I was working with Breakthru consultants for 4 months. I had to take leave for a longer period because there was no one at houst to take care of my daughter. but the company didnot give so I had to leave. In this cas he was instisting me to give noticve which was not possible and I was also not confirmed as an employee, so that caluse cant be implimented. I was not paid salary for the month I work... I need help I want my working days salary which had come to more tha 13 k. Pls take actions for the same.
