Non Payement of pay and dues

I was an employee (Emp Code: 26750) at Brilliant tutorials in the IIT JEE division, South Delhi Centre. I resigned from the organization on 15th January and stopped my services from 15th February after serving the notice period of 1 month, as per the company rules.

I have not received my salary for the month of February, deposits and other dues, which are held by the company. The organization is giving an excuse of bureaucratic delays. Kindly look in to the matter and let me know if you could help me regarding this issue.
