Not clearance of final settlement (Gratuity Overtime Earn Leave 1 Month Salary 7 Days working PF)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Santosh Kumar, was working as a Computer Operator since 1st May for Brilliant Tutorials Pvt. Ltd, 50-C, Kalu Sarai, Near Hauz Khas Terminal, New Delhi -16, Phone: 26537391-95. Suddenly I was forcibly told to give resignation on 7th May when I told him that my increment has not been satisfactory. Afterward, I resigned and I was told that your total pending amount (Gratuity Overtime Earn Leave 1 Month Salary 7 Days working PF) will be paid shortly.

Now it has been more than 6 and 1/2 month, still I have not received my final settlement from this company. When I talked to Mr. T.C. Badan (Director –North India Operation) regarding the final settlement, he told me, “there is no role of mine in this activity; it can be cleared through HR Department”. Whenever I talked to HR, they only told again and again it will come in next month, next week, next day.

I am being harassed through this company and facing a lot of problem due to non clearance of my final settlement.
