Negilance of JE

The area of DDA Flats Kalkaji electricity now days every two hour have been disconnected due to cable fault, there need to be approx 15 mtr cable to be replaced but the JE of this area have tied up with the contractor and every second day they are digging the road and putting joints on cable and it have been blasting every day due to very old cable, BSES RAJDHANI have collected from every house hold Rs.1200 to 1800 to increase the load but they didn't change the old cable's that can't be have the capacity to have high load, it is totally nonsense that just matter of 15 mtr cable BSES losing money towards non supplied electricity and daily digging and repairing contract work, later stage the lose have been put in to consumer's, if there any body from the Delhi Government or from BSES Rajdhani to check this kind of corruption???
