This company is exploiting Contractual staff, even 60% or even more than it contractual staff is higher qualified n skillful as compare to CTC/Govt. employees, Contractual staff doing 90% of the operational activities and getting 5% salary/reward however permanent staff doing 10% work and getting 100%...Moreover employees are doing suicides time to time, Higher authorities are already awarded but unable to do anything because contractual companies are belong to special persons/relatives/families of owner &--shame on such a type of millionaires /billionaires.

I have already worked as a contractual employee for the BSES (5 years), they crushed my career/future etc.
