Dear Sir,

I wish to draw the following facts for your kind information and necessary action:-

1. I was employed with M/s. BSN INDIA PVT LTD.MUMBAI From 01/10/1985 to 01/10. Due to the my personal Reason i resigned from the company on September and company releaved me dated 01/10.

2. It may please be noted that I had submitted all the required documents regarding my PF and Pension to to the company at the time of releaving.

3. Its been more than one year I have not received my PF and Pension from the company.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter as I am facing lot of financial crisis after leaving the company.

It would be highly appreciated if you could help me to overcome the financial burden of this old age.
