Subject: Misconduct by the conductor and the driver and forging with ticket money.

Sir

This is a complain to update you that I was traveling by bus no. PB-12-J-8640 from Philaur to Ludhiana, I paid Rs 15 to the conductor, and he said that the ticket is for Rs 16/- to which I gave him Rs 10/- more, since I never had a change of Rs 1/-. At this the conductor said that he will raise the ticket from the next stoppage.

When the next stoppage came, I reminded him to give the ticket and he printed the ticket of Rs 12/- and did not return back Rs 3/-, when I asked the conductor to return Rs 3/- he said the ticket was for Rs 16/- since I started my journey from Philaur, At this I said that I need a printed ticket for Rs 16/-, and he started becoming abusive and threw Rs 3/- coin on the floor, saying me to pick up. It was also very clearly visible that he had no intentions to raise the ticket, and wanted to keep the money in his pocket. The whole witness to this was the driver of the bus too, but he also did not stop the conductor that he was wrong, and instead encouraged him by saying what he was doing is right.

The bus belongs to Nangal depot, and the route is Garh shanker-Toliwal-Ludhiana, I also spoke to the no. mentioned in the bus 9779354032.

I need a written explanation as to what action will you be taking against this conductor, who does not know how to behave with the passenger’s.

This is just not a issue for Rs 3/-. But an issue of self respect and esteem.

I am looking forward to get a response on this matter and the conductor should meet and apologize from me and update me on action taken.
