Myself Nilesh, was working with Cambay Group, Neesa Leisure Ltd for five years, i was resigned last year due to salary problem, company was not able to pay the salary on time, we had enough request to management but no any action taken, so i was given my resignation after proper notice period, but till date i do not get my full and final, PF, Graduity and all, i had send enough mail, sms and do phone calls but result is zero, HR, Management didn't respond, even the charman of the company do not answering, responding. please help me to get my dues its more than 1lacs ruppees.
