No intimation to candidates about the final result declaration of clerical recruitment exam held in November

I would hereby like to voice the agony of thousands of candidates who appeared in the interview of the State Bank of India's Clerical Recruitment Drive, in the month of April/ May.

It was announced in August that the recruitment process being massive, it will cause delay in the announcements of the final results. So was the case and it took more than a year for the results to get declared. And as if this long wait was less to aggravate the misery of the thousands of impatient candidates, SBI did not even care to intimate the successful candidates about the final results.

No notification about the result or the details of the prospective joining letter was sent to the candidates either through e-mail or through SMS. This is indeed disgraceful to an organisation like SBI that boasts of its state-of-the-art technologies and user friendly products.

Also, if it takes SBI more than a year to complete a recruitment process, it seriously poses questions on the efficacy/efficiency of the employees of SBI.
