I have joined company on 21/07, The salary was fixed

1400 Petrol allowance

Total CTC 12003.00 - Deductions (Pf Contribution of Employess @ 13.61% ESIC Contribution of employess @ 4.75% Bonus @ 20% )= Net salary

At the time of interview it was decided that company will deposit all my deduction like PF & ESIC on behalf of me and will not deduct it from my salary. and i will get appr.13000.00 CTC.

further the mamagemenet promised me that, they will give me Appointment letter. But after follow up till 1 month, they had given me only salary Breakup as per above, but not given me appointment letter. Then in September they paid me salary of july and Aug together. That time i found that they have given me salary after unknown deductions. So, I informed management about it and asked the reason, for huge deduction. Further i found that they have deducted Employees contribution of PF & ESIC, however they have given me promise that they will deposit it on behalf of me.

So, i had discussed this metter with management and they promise me that they will look after it. so, I continue the job till october. But then suddnely in November Employer informed me to look for new job, as they want to decrese staff. so, i had left the job.

Now i want to know the reasons for huge deduction made by company. i want to take action against them for cheating me.
