Cheating in the name of training

Yes, The name is all very attractive and convincing. But its not what it seems. They say they have their head office in New York.

I am an Indian student studying in the US. I got to know abt Care World Wide through a friend of mine in India. When I approached the NY office, they imm offered a job, for which I was asked to pay $3500 for training and $3500 for Visa purposes!!! I appreciate Angie, Robert Santos, Ivy, who did all the icing and made it look like a real job offer. Thank goodness, I dint accept it.

In India, its no different. All the trainees were charged Rs 24, 000 and were promised to receive salary after 4 months of training. I guess its abt 8-9 months now, the office has vanished, no response from Head office and trainees are stranded with no clarity about their career.

Can anyone advice on how to get back the money or How to take action against this company?
