Greets from tamil nadu, India and this is for your kind information that i have applied 30.07.2010 for my passport in vellore passport cell while police verification was completed and 12.Arunachala Nagar, Gudiyattam.632602. is my permanent address, but 250.Karthikeyan Nagar, (opp) Murugan Theatre, Gudiyattam was present address and the regional passport officer, chennai send me letter to get ration card on this present address but i wrote clearly that my father who is aged and lonely person living alone in our permanent address and i look after him and my present address is rented address only but he did not send till this date my passport and now am residing in 20.pattala street, little kanchipuram, kanchipuram dist, 631503 sir, these are absolutely true and please send my passport immediately without any delay sir.
