Dear Forum,

My complaint is related to the policies of my previous employer.

I got the offer to join Cavisson Systems through email and I joined teh company on decided date- 22 Jan. There I found that no body is happy with the process of work and kind of policies and facilities provided by the company.

There I have the bad experience of teh following-

1) No hard copy of offer letter/ appointment/joining letter was provide to me or any other employee during my tenure of work.

2) No salary slip was provided even after asking.

3) No PF was provided.

4) No medical insurance

5) Salary delay of 3-7 days is as usual in the company.

6) There are 40% freshers working for the company for more than 6 montyhs and getting Rs.0/-, which is a exploitation of the empoyee that they were commited to get the permanent role after 6 months and they do not get it untill 8-12 months. Which creates demotivation for the employees.

7) Even after resignation, the company is not providong me the relieving letter, salary slips and other documents.

These types of "Shops" shuld be stopped immediately otherwise it will exploit lot of people.
