Non payment of Salaries to employees since 2 months

Hello Sir/ Ma'am,

This company is ISO certified BPO however it's unable fulfill the most basic quintessential need of its employees it's unable to process SALARIES for their employees even since 2 months has been past. Employees are extremely dissatisfied with company's behavior. All of the candidates were joined in a bunch & expected to get salaries after a month. Company changed their policies suddenly saying employees will get their first salary after 45days, which is not mentioned on the offer letter. This is completely illegal. Almost all of the employees have their family responsibilities on their shoulders & didn't get a single penny yet. This is ridiculous, their have to be done against these kind of disgusting companies. They have even terminated employees who dared to raise their voices against them without giving any dues for the no. of days they worked (15-25days whatever).

-A stressed-out employee.
