Termination of service before stipulated period

This is Pratishtha R.Kale & Shraddha Bonkar from Mumbai. We have been working with CSSC (Centre for study of social change) at Bandra since one and half years. We resigned this job in february (Shraddha left in March) and joined All India Institute of Local Self Governmet at Bandra in the same campus of CSSC. We had intimated project manager regarding resignation two months in advance. We were supposed to work at AIILSG for 3 months for research project as a research investigator for PAS project from march to may (said by director, state cordinator and HR) but we still did't get our appointment letter as it was assured by AIILSG that it would provide us the same in 15 days. other issue is that when we joined AIILSG, our previous employer rose issue of our appointment and it did't like that we left it and after that AIILSG director stopped our appointment and salary as well. We didnt get our last month's salary. They kept postponing our salary and travelling expenses incuured by us for field visits. For all this we have no written proof.
