Delay in proces of appointment

I have applied for the post of District Manager on 4 th May. The company is delaying the process of appointing me giving excuses. Two months have passed but still there is no date of appointment given to me by the authorities of company. I have cleared the training charges of Rs. 8500 on 11th June. The company authorities had requested me to appoint four Customer Care Executives out of which I have appointed ONE on 25th June & Other on 13th July. Both Of them cleared training charges of Rs.5800 but have not yet received the aggriment letter till date. I have been frequently asked by the appointed persons about the aggriment letter. The company has not yet started their office in the city. I want to get the result as fast as possible as I along with my other employes are in weak financial condition.
