Hi I m yogesh pawar i have a complante about the WNS Recruitment, today I will go to Interview as per they ad in news Paper, as per they ad i m full confidence to done this i have selected, but when i have go to interview they just told about typing exp cetrificate but i told i have no certificate but i had exp in data entry work as per u wanted.but they told we want just typing cert..n they reject me ok i have rejected no problem but first of if they have mention the compaltion about typing cert.point in the news paper ad..then i cant going to interview..cause i have no i have no typing certificate..this is a very wrong if they want certified employers then they also mention the point in ad, why just they mention a well english known n known dat entry n 30 wpm speed why they mention the typing cert.is compalsary..so why the harassing the candidates like me... i m very nervous about that. so plz i request u plz directly send this my complaint to WNS HR team n i m waiting to reply from WNS if they dont reply me i headly say i have doing the legaly action against WNS... my email Id is... yograj.pawar@rediffmail.com..
