status but not meet me any result reward please tail me my PF status

and my Employee no-P4602 I am apply for PF before 2 year and after 6

month your company send my PF in my ICICI BANK account 630101509350

but my PF not transfer in my icici account because my account is

closed so My PF cheque return from icici bank my PF cheque no

is-615699 (SBI) deliver cheque date 30/09.Sir I send some

documents in your office in august for my new bank account detail

of SBI my account no is 30243644184 .My PF cheque transfer in my new

sbi account but after that my PF not transfer in account so I request

to you please cheque my PF status and give me my PF status.
