My PF amount has not been credited to my Bank A/c

Dear Sir/Madam

I, Ajit Behera, my PF A/c No. is DL/27551/345

After 90 days of submitting the PF forms my A/c has not been credited yet, due to my mother, s sickness I am facing financial problems a lot.

Pls. forward the PF forms to the authorised Dept., so that my A/c is to be credited.
