Non receipt of Salary, Release Letter & PF Account Statement Slip

Dear Sir,

I've been working for Trustline Securities Ltd. Kharagpur branch (Employee Code: KA02519) from 15.05.10. Though there is no performance based variable salary as per the terms of my Appoint Letter, but my employer kept on deducting my salary (Feb11, Nov11, Dec11 & Jan12) with an excuse of my bad performance.

As my employer wasn't giving me salary as per the terms of my employment I resigned from my job on 12.03.12. It's been more than 90 days from the date of my resignation; but ignoring my several requests neither my employer released my pending salary (Feb12 & Mar12) nor issued my Release Letter. Moreover, in my 22 months of employment with Trustline Securities Ltd. company never issued me any PF Account Statement Slip. Thus, I'm afraid that no contribution has been deposited by the company in my EPF account which was deducted from my salary.

Sir, after resigning from my job I'm in deep financial crisis. I've made several requests to my employer to release my salary; but I didn't get any proper response from them. Can you please help me so that I can receive my pending salary through Full & Final Settlement, get my Release Letter and my PF Account Statement Slip.

Kindly look into the matter so that I can get my legitimate hard earned money.
