Hi,

I had a very bad experience in working a US based startup company (Cloud Grapes Inc) who started their operation in Bangalore. Before joining the sent out the address of a bangalore based company from where they'll be operating from, at that time I even asked is the company registered in india, then one of their founder told me that another co-founder (CEO of the company) will coming to india and will share all the details with me. When the CEO came to India I asked about these details along with other details. He said he has outsourced all this work to Chartered Accountant named "Kallam Associates" who is based in Hyderbad. After few days I asked Kallam Associates what about the company registration, she said the company has been already registered in hyderabad about year back (in september). I was completely shocked to hear this. I was the first person to start work in their bangalore office. Because of personal professional reason when i have decided to move to some other company. And when i informed them about my leaving they took all documents in soft copy format from me, blocked my company email a/c and even didn't give me my 1 month and 1 week salary. I did everything in a professional manner by telling them in advance my desire to move out. But the treatment what they gave to me it was very unethical and they did in a very unprofessional manner. After I informed them about my desire to move out suddenly overnight they changed their plan to shift their bangalore office location to hyderbad. I worked for 1 month and 1 week. They cheated me and didn't give me my salary. I want to register case against them. Please let me know what's the procedure. Their registered office in india as per their records:

Initially they told me the are starting the operation in bangalore. When the CEO came to India, he started asking what about my plan to go hyderabad. I asked do you want to shift the office to hyderabad? He said no such plan in near future. He didn't have a clear vision what to start and where to start operation in india, that's what i could make out of his words. But today he cheated me in a big way by taking all the work related documents from me and by not giving my salary. I want to sue for his wrong doing. Also I'll make sure nobody falls into his trap by joining his company in india.
