They r not responding others qualifications

I got selected in apptitude round in cts offcampus drive2011 . Also i got selected in technical after that my doc verification and finally HR round. i did very well. I had more hope. But i got mail that "u ll not cleared Tech/Hr round". Am feeling for that very much. I did well. But??? No words to explain my feelings. I have enough knowledge to work with cts.but??? Anyone can help me? I dnt know that "god is there or not? "
