I am VADIVEL.K, my pf no.TN/CB/33970/502. I am not recived pf AMOUNT TILL NOW, WHICH IS PENDING MORE THAN 6 MONTHS, i have sent company acknowledge form and letter through courier and mail itself more than 2 months before, and also tried phone call no:0422-2240045;0422-2240046;0422-2240047
there is no response, one time executive attend the phone they told that personaly come to our office regarding this PF, NOW I am working in UTTRAKAND LOCATION, HOW I WILL COME TO PF OFFICE DISCUSSING THIS ISSUES, IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN 6 DAYS FOR TRAIN TRAVELLING TIME.
EMPLOYEES ARE WORKING HARD FOR GETTING THE MONEY BUT SIMPLY THEY ARE SAYING COME PERSONALLY .THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ONE, HOW TO PROVIDE GOLD STANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC, THEY ARE ALWAYS ACT AS RUDE CUSTOMER
I FEEL MORE REGARDING THIS MATTER, REALY FOLLOW UP GETTING MY MONEY IS MISERABLE ON
IF THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING THAT MONEY AT CRITICAL SITUATION ME, I FEEL THAT, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THAT PF DEDUCTIONS IN FUTURE FOR CURRENT EMPLOYER.
