It is quite disgusting that the contact numbers of service centres (kanpur) given on the web are all fake. Some say wrong number, and some are invalid... Compaq has imposed a negative image on my mind. I am not gonna make anyone to buy hp products, even they are in hurry when you contact them online.

No email responses too.

You are going to loose your customers, atleast me!
