PF AMOUNT not credited in bank account

PF form submitted on 30th NOV at Wazirpur PF office, still PF amount is not credited in my savings account. In EPFO claim status showing as amount approvied, under process. This stats is showing for more than 5 months, still my amount is not credited in my account. I mailed to EPFO dwarka office too many times and there is no response, when i get my pf amount and advise.
