Gratuity Unpaid

Dear Concerned,

I was working with competent synergies private limited since 4 july. I resigned on 25 aug. After completion of 5 years gratuity is paid. Being loyal to the company i waited that it would be paid but it was never paid to me. I applied it in Sep 2010.They said it is in process. And gave me a threatning call that do whatever you want to we will not committ Time for the payment... My Employee ID is 2231 & designation was Trainer. Kindly help me.
