Gratuity Unpaid

Dear Concerned,

I was working with competent synergies private limited since 3th July & resigned on 25th August due to better opportunity. I waited for 1 year so that company pays my gratuity but still was not paid. I gave an application for the same in september tyo Mr JAI in HR with consultation of H.M.Sharma the legal advisor of the company. Now when I asked them the time for the payment they always reply me back that we can't tell the time & the legal advisor shouted on me and said do whatever you want to we will not commit any time. My Employee ID was 2231 & desigantion:-process Trainer (at the time of releiving).
