Complain about money

I am living in Chhindwara (MP), I am selected in "Tech brivo softech pvt lmt noida (UP)" as software Trainee and I was selected by college campus.

My complain is that company taken 20, 000/- rupee as a one year bond after completion one year they return that money, they provide me 2.5 lack per annul and in training period they give 7000/- stipend but neither they give me salary nor joining they also not give me my 20, 000/- rupee.please help me and help to get money back.
